Facebook: Who Knows Me

A custom Facebook application that allows users to visualize their friend connections, and connect previously unconnected friends.

Facebook: Who Knows Me is a multi-tiered, Flash-based applications that utilizes Facebooks FQL language, an SQL database, XML, PHP, and weaves all of these components into a powerful friend-visualization tool for Facebooks users. Users can filter their friend connections by Facebook Group, High School affiliations, College affiliations, workplace affiliations. The networked view of friends allows the user to see which of their friends are already connected. Unrelated friends can be connected (recommended) via messaging between using an easy, usable interface. This project was done in support for Brian Harniman and John Ferm of Brand New Matter, a Connecticut-based start-up incubator.
